The Fashion Anchor is a sticky dot used to hold collars up and in place. You can use them for quite a bit more also, however they are quite expensive for what they do. 36 Pack for $14.99 or 12 for $5.99

Do not use 3M Small Adhesive Dots, they are for permanent usage and Elmer’s Adhesive Squares are not strong enough.
