I recently went to Sears to get a dress shirt, since they have many on sale for the holidays. Come to find out they don’t take measurements so you can get a proper fitting shirt. However, I went to JCPenny and did not have this problem. I even called up Sears’ Customer Support at (800) 549-4505 and they said they do not take measurements. Really? I was suprised because the Men’s department checkout area I was at, also deals with men’s suits, and many are hundreds of dollars. Do they really want to make money or are they just pretending they want to? If they provided better customer service by doing this, they might show they are around to do business.
